Powders

Powders are partially dosed automatically and partially added manually to the mixing containers. Everything is controlled by our automation software.
When all the raw materials have been added to the mixing container, they are mixed using our tumble blender. This is a very gentle mixing method which guarantees optimal retention of the quality of the various raw materials.
We package products in bags from 5 to 25 kg. Products may also be decanted into buckets, jars etc.

Lick buckets

Production of compressed lick buckets for dairy cattle and calves among others. We produce lick buckets for various purposes. Also, often including the processing of herbs.

 

Liquids

Also in the liquids division, the majority of the raw materials are dosed automatically. In order to avoid oxidation and contamination of various raw materials, in-house produced demineralised water is used.

6 bottles at a time are filled, fitted with a cap, closed and sealed (aluminium crimp seal) and labelled.

Our maximum capacity is 1,200 capsules per minute. Capsules are often used for pigeons and hobby markets for the individual administration of supplements.
